Exam on Demand we believe a consultative and responsive
approach works best. We
seek to work in partnership with our clients, to create the
most effective solutions to their particular business needs.
Although
we have a core group of proprietary technologies , our
solutions are rarely identical – every situation requires a
specific, tailored approach. Where appropriate, we will
recommend and help to implement third-party solutions.
We
recognise the imperative continually to change and adapt our
software and services to meet the developing needs of our
clients. We
place a particular emphasis on responding pragmatically to
specific client requirements or circumstances, and on
providing continuing support to clients throughout their use
of our solutions
Projects
A "spirit of
openness" underpins our work with both suppliers and
customers - we aim to share important information about a
project, including difficulties, in
an open and timely fashion. We provide regular programme
updates, and provide a clear point of contact (the project
manager) for all projects.
Our project management team handles all aspects of
implementations, including testing and quality management,
which is done both internally and with our clients to maintain
quality and consistency.
We utilise a Quality Assurance system based around practical,
transparent processes, which we endeavour to share at every
stage with our clients
We take responsibility for our work and devolve this
responsibility within our teams. We offer full technical
support for all our implementations.
We always seek to understand
out customers and to treat them more as partners as we move to
implementation.
