The staff in Exam on Demand who perform consulting roles have all come from professional services backgrounds in the technology sector. CV's and references can be supplied on asking. Our standard way of working begins with a deliverables specification process. This is turned into a project initiation document which forms the basis for the engagement. We use MS Project to manage our resources and tasks. We bill on a daily basis, but with hourly reporting.
